Guarantees, explained before you choose
Haier’s UK announcement with distributor Hawco describes a 6-year warranty for its R32 single- and multi-split systems. The cover available to you depends on the equipment, UK supply route, registration and applicable conditions. We confirm the duration and parts/labour arrangements in writing with your chosen system. A manufacturer’s guarantee and routine maintenance do different jobs. The guarantee addresses eligible product faults under its terms. Servicing helps keep the system in good condition and meet applicable maintenance requirements.We explain what is included, what is chargeable and who to contact.
